The Interstate Bridge Replacement Program (IBRP) is an initiative focused on replacing the existing I-5 Bridge over the Columbia River to enhance safety and alleviate congestion. This project could impact Washington County by improving regional connectivity, supporting economic development, and providing safer travel options for all residents.
