Jeff joined WTA in 2016. He has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and management. His previous roles include Executive Director, Development Director, and Program Director. Jeff brings a passion for active transportation and has the personal experience of spending more than eight years relying on bicycling, walking, public transit, and car sharing for commuting to work and getting his kids to school. In his free time Jeff enjoys riding his bicycle, cooking, and playing board games with his family.

Caitlin joined WTA in July 2019 to manage programs and relationships with WTA’s members. Before coming to the world of transportation, Caitlin worked in recycling education and outreach for local governments in the Portland metro region and in the cancer treatment industry in Massachusetts. Caitlin has a master's degree in sustainable engineering from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in physics from Ithaca College. In her free time Caitlin enjoys playing and seeing music, biking around town, and pulling weeds in her yard (it's so satisfying). Caitlin is happy to be car-free and likes to bike to the MAX for her commute, but is known to take the bus when the weather gets colder and rainier.

Jordan joined WTA in May 2022 to support the Westside Rides try-an-ebike program and create a relationship with the frontline workers of WTA's members. He is a student at Portland State University, majoring in Community Development, and has experience in the transportation engineering field. In his free time, Jordan enjoys exploring Portland using TriMet. He likes trying different coffee shops, visiting new restaurants, and sightseeing. Jordan is a multi-modal commute enthusiast and often takes his bike on the MAX to work.

Michelle joined WTA in February 2024 to enhance outreach to Washington County businesses and support member programs and initiatives. After taking a hiatus from the healthcare industry to become a stay-at-home mom, Michelle decided on a career change. Motivated by her passion for environmental conservation, she pursued a bachelor's degree in environmental science from Oregon State University. Fueled by a lifelong love of the natural world, Michelle is deeply committed to environmental stewardship. She advocates for embracing eco-friendly transportation options as a cornerstone of sustainable development within the community, firmly believing that reducing vehicle emissions is a crucial step towards this goal. In her leisure time, Michelle enjoys hiking with her family, creating a mini food forest in her yard, and kayaking the Tualatin River.
