The SW Allen Boulevard Street Plan will develop an implementation strategy for a multimodal corridor along SW Allen Boulevard (between SW Murray Boulevard and SW King Street just west of OR Highway 217) that reflects the varied needs and perspectives within the community and will enhance safety and comfort for walking, biking, and transit, while contributing to a vibrant and livable neighborhood. The project will focus on broadening access for all populations, including those with risk factors affecting access to services, such as youth, older adults, and people with disabilities.
