Forest Grove Community Survey

The City of Forest Grove is requesting participation in a survey for the Forest Grove Forward project. Anyone who lives, works, learns, plays, or visits Forest Grove is encouraged to participate.

All individuals who complete the survey and provide contact information will have a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card (your survey responses and contact information will remain confidential). Winners will be notified in October.
