Redeem annual free month-pass for reduced-fare cardholders

Priority Commuters who are reduced-fare Hop Fastpass cardholders are eligible to redeem one free-month pass per calendar year.
If you're eligible, but not signed up for our Priority Commuters program, you can apply here (https://www.wta-tma.org/priority-commuters).
On the dashboard, click "Rewards."
On the Rewards page, select "Free Month Pass." If you don't see this option, you're likely not eligible because you're not enrolled in Priority Commuters, or you've already redeemed your month-pass benefit this calendar year.
Press the blue "CLAIM" button.
Enter your 16 digit reduced-fare Hop Fastpass card number in the dialogue box and press "SAVE" to redeem your free one-month pass benefit.
We'll process your redemption and load a month-pass to the card number you provide if you're eligible within 7 to 10 business days.
