EMPLOYEE TRANSPORTATION COORDINATORS

10 Steps to Success

Our 10-step approach makes it easy to create and oversee an auto trip reduction program. These ten steps are based on feedback from our member and ETCs over the past two decades. You may find you will have more steps. You may find that your workplace already follows some of these steps. Either way, this information can serve as a resource that you can go back to over in the future.

1.  Understand your workplace
2.  Become familiar with commute options
3.  Research your potential benefits
4.  Know your resources
5.  Conduct a survey
6.  Set goals, determine your incentives, plan a budget
7.  Get management buy-in
8.  Implement your auto trip reduction plan
9.  Use special promotions
10. Evaluate your success

Network at WTA Workshops & Events

Several times throughout the year, we give all our ETCs the opportunity to network, learn and collaborate together. From workshops on mobility technology to group rides, we work directly with our members to work through your challenges and outline the best opportunities moving forward.
