JEFF PAZDALSKI | Executive director503.683.1787 | jeff@wta-tma.orgJeff joined WTA in 2016. He has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and management. His previous roles include Executive Director, Development Director, and Program Director. Jeff brings a passion for active transportation and has the personal experience of spending more than eight years relying on bicycling, walking, public transit, and car sharing for commuting to work and getting his kids to school. In his free time Jeff enjoys riding his bicycle, cooking, and playing board games with his family. On most days, Jeff carpools with his wife, but other days he rides MAX or buses to work.

Caitlin Ahearn | program manager503.489.8520 | caitlin@wta-tma.orgCaitlin joined WTA in July 2019 to manage programs and relationships with WTA’s members. Before coming to the world of transportation, Caitlin worked in recycling education and outreach for local governments in the Portland metro region and in the cancer treatment industry in Massachusetts. Caitlin has a master's degree in sustainable engineering from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in physics from Ithaca College. In her free time Caitlin enjoys playing and seeing music, biking around town, and pulling weeds in her yard (it's so satisfying). Caitlin is happy to be car-free and likes to bike to the MAX for her commute, but is known to take the bus when the weather gets colder and rainier.

Maddie Billings | Communication & Program coordinator503.489.8520 | maddie@WTA-TMA.ORGMaddie is WTA's part-time Communication and Program Coordinator. A 2019 graduate of the University of Oregon, Maddie has a Bachelor of Arts in Planning, Public Policy, and Management. She was born and raised in the Beaverton area and is eager to cultivate positive change in her hometown. She has previously worked as an intern with Safe Routes to School in Springfield, OR in addition to participating in transportation-related research and projects within the state, involving topics like bicycle tourism and autonomous vehicles. She is passionate about active transportation and all that it entails; such as public health, the environment, and community development. In her free time, Maddie enjoys traveling, live music, and exploring Portland’s food scene. An advocate for multi-modal transportation, she prefers to bus, bike, and walk to get around town.
