Get There Challenge: Westside League Winners

A BIG thanks to the 969 participants and 335 employer and community networks from across the state who made this year’s Oregon Get There Challenge a big success!
A combined total of 15,986 trips taken by transit, bike, foot, carpool, vanpool, and remote work were logged during the two-week challenge, reducing an impressive 111,7402 drive-alone miles and saving 48 tons of CO2 and $77,745 in fuel costs.
Awards by Mode
These awards recognize WTA members that excel in using a particular transportation option. Winners are celebrated for logging the most trips in each category. These awards highlight the commitment of participants to reducing single-occupancy vehicle trips, improving community mobility, and supporting a healthier, greener environment.

In this year’s challenge, Intel led the way for our members, recording the most bike and e-bike trips as well as the highest number of carpool trips. Hillsboro encouraged walkers with the most walking trips, while Portland Community College took the lead in transit trips. Washington County embraced flexible work, logging the most remote work trips.

Most active Get There users & most trips logged
This category celebrates engagement, consistency, and commitment to sustainable commuting by recognizing WTA members whose employees consistently use Get There to log their alternative commute trips. “Most active users” refers to the number of users participating and recording trips during the challenge, while “most trips logged” highlights the total number of eligible trips tracked.
Platinum Tier

Gold & Silver Tiers

Bronze Tier

Among private employers, Intel shined in the Platinum tier, with the most active network members and the highest number of trips logged. PCC dominated the Gold & Silver tier, and Vernier led the Bronze tier in both activity and trips logged.
Government Entities

For municipal and government employers, Hillsboro took top honors for both participation and total trips logged.
