OR 8 (Tualatin Valley Highway) Traffic and Pedestrian Improvement Project
ODOT is improving pedestrian and driver safety at three main locations on OR 8 in Hillsboro and Forest Grove with upgraded crosswalks, intersections, and sidewalks. Let TriMet take you into the new year for free!
On Dec. 31, TriMet will once again offer free rides systemwide after 8 p.m. through the end of service. Buses will run on their regular schedules, while extended late-night service on the MAX Blue, Green, Orange and Yellow lines will keep riders moving past the stroke of midnight. LIFT paratransit service will also be free after 8 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.
