Get There Oregon's first-ever commute challenge is happening April 13-26. Join Oregon employers in this two-week competition to promote greener, more active, and more affordable commute options. It's also a great way to help your workplace improve employee morale, job satisfaction, health and wellness, and support sustainability goals. Plus, winners receive cash prizes!

How Aprils' Commute Challenge Works:

  • Sign up your organization or worksite here by April 8.

    • Member benefit! WTA member organizations are automatically signed up.

  • We'll create a network in Get There's free Get There Connect commute planning and trip logging tool, if you don't have one already, and your network will be sorted into one of three commute challenge categories:

    • Small: 3-99 employees

    • Medium: 100-499 employees

    • Large: 500+ employees

  • Employees log as many bike, walk, transit, carpool, vanpool, and remote work commute trips as possible from April 13-26 to help your workplace climb the leaderboard.

What you'll win:

  • First-place workplaces will be recognized and win a $300 cash prize from Get There Oregon to use as they like!

  • Member benefits!

    • The top trip loggers in each WTA member network will earn 100 TIPs worth $35.00.

    • Users who log a trip on Earth Day (April 22) will be entered into a raffle to win a $25.00 gift card.

Spread the Word to Your Employees:

  • Download ready-to-use promotional content from Get There's employer toolkit.

  • Use the toolkit content to build excitement, encourage participation, and support your employees in exploring their commute options.

  • Find more customizable materials to promote commute options and using Get There Connect here.

Details on how to participate, prizes, and FAQs can be found on the challenge webpage.

Get There Oregon will be hosting an employer webinar at 10 a.m. on March 18 to learn more about the challenge and ask questions.
